Processing time:

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Please note at times we may be experiencing higher order volumes and shipments may be delayed.We will do our best to ensure these delays are kept to a minimum.If shipment delays are expected to be significant we will post an update on our website.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

Shipping cost are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are based on the shipment option selected.Please note delivery delays can occur and are out of our control once your order leaves our shop.

Shipment Confirmation:

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking number to become active.

Customs,Duties & Taxes:

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees.Customs changes and fees are the solo responsibility of the purchaser.

If custom fees and changes are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. 


If your order has arrived damaged,please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.Please include a description of what is damaged as well as photos.Please ensure you have saved all packaging materials as well as any damaged goods.
